Living history on film
Your reenactment, told like a story.
I'm Joshua Powell. I make short history films in my free time — and I'd love to come film your unit.
About
Not for profit. For the love of history.
I film on location — mountain ridges, old cabins, open fields — and blend live footage with hand-drawn sketch scenes. I'm building connections with the reenacting community. Tell me when and where you'll be, and I'll work around my schedule to come out and shoot.
